Tacua Speciosa is part of a small series that analysis’ the strength within insect kingdoms. The design was inspired by the colorful markings of the Tacua Speciosa, which is a species of cicada found in Southeast Asia. I drew inspiration for patterning the design from French techniques and the Suzan designs.
